Rotel vs B&K vs Arcam

What are the distinct differences between each of these manufacturers' respective entry level HT receiver?

I believe the models would be Rotel 1056 vs. Arcam 250 vs B&K 507.

I've owned a Rotel 1056 and Arcam AVR200... Not the B&K, but had considered. and listened to some As far as sound for music (imagine music is important given your considering these over mass market), I believe if you like detail and crispness, go with the Rotel. If you listen to more laided back music, I think the Arcam has a smoother sound (still great detail). The Rotel has a lot of 'snap' to it. Only briefly listened to B&K, but not at home. Seemed smooth, but a heavier sound (less standout in mids?)... Reminded me of my old Harman Kardon (looks wise as well). On specs, B&K has the most power. But the power can be less factor in this comparison. If were purchasing B&K shearly for the power, would be likely be better off to go with Rotel seps (1068 or 1056 as prepro with 1095 and would have way more power than B&K). The Rotel is very flexible. The Arcam (the 200 I had) was no frills.
