    220V step down 110V

The thing is that I have the power amplifier RDA 7 which I brought back from US so it operates with 120V and 60 Hz. Here in Sweden we have 220V 50 Hz.
So what I need is a converter who can handle 15A which is about 1650W.
I want to connect it with my RDC 7.

Any suggestions of what I should do to make it work without any distortions
or any other problems. Thanks for all the help.
    Best

There may be the possibility that a simple internal wiring change (tap on the transformer) and a change of plug is all that is necessary to convert the amp for European use. Don't know where to point you to find the answer though. Local repair shop? Online?

      Integra Research RDA-7 amp
      by Steve Goff
As promised, here are my thoughts on my Integra Reseach RDA-7, which I use with my RDC-7 processor. In my current setup, I'm using the balanced connections between the processor and the amp, having purchased 7 balanced Silvercats from Doug and a balanced Coppercat for the sub (actually, two Coppercats,...

      Happy new RDC-7 owner

Hi all, I recently found out about your forum thanks to Burke Strickland(whom I need to personally thank). I'm a happy new RDC-7 owner(I've had it for a week), and so far I am very impressed with it. The sound was a tad bright during the first 3 days of use, but it is really starting to warm up now....

Which power amp do you use with the RDC-7
      by Jon SS
I just auditioned the RDC-7 with the RDA-7 power amp which were connected to B&W Nautilus speakers (802s I think). I was quite inpressed except the test room was so large (25 x 30), I don't know if it would sound better in a smaller room.

Anyway I was wondering what amps you RDC-7...

New RDA-7 to go with RDC-7
      by Steve Goff
Most folks who post here have RDC-7 processors, so not much is said about Integra Research's great amp, the RDA-7, which was designed by Balanced Audio Technology. I just picked up my new RDA-7 today, and will hook it up as soon as I can get a friend to help me get it out of the box and carry it up...

Is the JC-1 difficult to "convert" from 110V to 220V suply? Does it require replacement of any component? I'm thinking of buying a set second hand in the US, and bring them to Europe.
