    220V step down 110V

The thing is that I have the power amplifier RDA 7 which I brought back from US so it operates with 120V and 60 Hz. Here in Sweden we have 220V 50 Hz.
So what I need is a converter who can handle 15A which is about 1650W.
I want to connect it with my RDC 7.

Any suggestions of what I should do to make it work without any distortions
or any other problems. Thanks for all the help.

There may be the possibility that a simple internal wiring change (tap on the transformer) and a change of plug is all that is necessary to convert the amp for European use. Don't know where to point you to find the answer though. Local repair shop? Online?
