Tritrix with grills...
First of all, let me say that I think that I hate this hobby!, or whatever is. :P It's more like an addiction! After getting my Stentorians done, I had to build something else, and now the hunt is on. And, more importantly, I HAVE to have a reason to go out there and just listen to them. 8)

Tritrix question
In the plans on Curts site there are 3 sizes listed for the sealed. A 7 liter, 10 liter and 15 liter. What is the benefit sound wise by increasing the volume of the cab?- Bottom

Tritrix TL and Ported Project - Mission Accomplished!
I have been researching and trying to choose a set of speakers to build for some time. I finally decided to go with the Tritrix. I made this decision for several reasons. First, the price was right for me to buy six of them (because what's the point if you can't get as many as you really want), and...- Bottom

Ported Tritrix Center Channel Build (56K WARNING)
This has been posted on PE and edesignaudio.com but thought I would post it up here. I'm much more of a lurker here since I don't feel my audio prowess is quite up to that of most of this board. ;x(
I'm just about to complete it, hence it being in this section and not the Mission Accomplished...- Bottom

Dilemma regarding preventing standing waves...
I'm going to be gluing my front baffles on my Tritrix Towers soon, but before I do so I have an opportunity to glue in a support brace (probably just below the drivers)... this seems like a good idea, for two reasons...
1. To increase rigidity of the cabinet, to keep the walls from flexing...- Bottom

Working with Curt C on a new Tritrix-based center...
It's going to be an 8 ohm center channel, 22 liters vented, using the same drivers as the Tritrix (Dayton classic 5.25's and Dayton Silky)... the goal is to be as simple and inexpensive as a Tritrix, but achieve better performance as a center than simply tipping a Tritrix on it side.
I'm...- Bottom

Please evaluate my Tritrix Tower design
Using 7 liter sealed enclosures... a bit worried that they'll be too top-heavy... gonna create a chamber in the bottom and fill it with sand... if that's not enough I may have to create some kind of outrigger system...
Whaddya think?

ahaik's TriTrix MT Build Thread.
Since last summer my wife has been suggesting that I build speakers for our porch.
I was looking for a low budget build and since I had the Dayton Silk tweeters laying around from and older project the TriTrix MT was a perfect match.
This was a fun father son project with my 10 year old...- Bottom
