How to connect RB 1080 to 2 pre amps

    need advice
I have RB-1080 connected to rsp-1570, which drive fronts in cinema and work as stereo while playing CD. But I think that RC 1090 as stereo pre amp much better than rsp 1570. How is better to connect my amp to use it with 1570 in cinema and with rc 1090 in stereo?
Will be something bad if use for trigger Mini Jack - 2Mini Jack Adapter?

Does the RC 1090 have an HT Bypass function? Does it have a stepped volume control?

Even though the RC-1090 doesn't have a HT bypass, still take the output on the rsp-1570 and run it into the 1090, then from the RC-1090 to the RB-1080. Set the volume control where you think is a decent volume on the 1090. Then do a calibration of all the channels on the 1570. The only issue you'll really have is that you need to set the 1090 to the same level each time you want to watch a movie/tv or whatever. Then on the music side, you only need the 1090 and place the outputs on the CDP/DAC or whatever to that...

That way everything will go through the 1090 and you can still use it for 2ch audio.

Or find a Zektor audio switch.

RSX 1550 vs RSP-1570 for Pre Pro duties
                by ldgibson76
For a long time, i've been considering replacing my RSP-1069 with the RSP-1570 or a RSP-1572, if I could find it at an obscenely low price which right, now I know is highly unlikely.

That being said, the likely scenario was the 1570, until recently, someone brought the RSX-1550 to my...

                Adding an Amp to RA-1570
                by thyname
                Hi everyone!

I have a RA-1570. Just bought a pair of B&W CM10s this weekend, as I got a good deal used.

While the RA-1570 is no slouch, and drives the CM10s sufficiently, I am already thinking of upgrading and adding an Amp, such as RB-1582 MKII. A little more juice...

                Noob question: 1570 and headphones
                by zx_toth
                Hello,

My first post here. Im currently using a Denon 2807 as my pre/pro with my Rotel amps (1080 and 1085) but am hoping to upgrade to the Rotel 1570 pre/pro to improve my setup.

I have a pair of Sennheiser 650s that I use to watch movies when the wife is gone to bed....

Ok, so I bought a used pre\power amp, everythings been working great - LOVE the rotel gear, I use my headphones often, without a headphone amp handy I've just been plugging it into my preamp (RC-1090)

                I'm using Beyerdynamic DT-250's (80ohm version)

                For weeks it was fine,...

                RC-1070 vs. RC-1090 vs. the Bryston BP-25

OK, so here is my attempt to break down the RC-1090, the RC-1070 and the Bryston BP-25; I am no expert, so take this for what it is worth, and as always, listen for yourself….

Two weeks ago I did a listen to three Pre-Amps, the RC-1070, the Bryston BP-25 and a VTL two-channel pre....
