1098 buzz only when component video is pugged in

When i plug in my component video cables to the 1098 I get a buzz across the whole system. No matter what I plug in. (using different components at different times) I tried different cables and different players at still get this buzz. If nothing is plugged in to the component inputs or output there is no buzz at all. do you think the video card is the source. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hmm, so source or TV you get a buzz. Sounds like there's a ground problem in the component video board.

Do you get a buzz with just cables hooked up (nothing on the other end)?

A customer with a B&K Reference 50 is upgrading to a plasma. He is using the component video switching/upconversion feature in his Ref 50, and was wondering if it's possible to assign the same component input to more than one A/V input.

In this case, he wants to have the option of...
