    Firmware upgrade cable question

    i have read through the FAQ(great job to everyone who put those together).
    my problem is with Rotel. I have called several times trying to order a cable and they keep telling me all service reps are busy, please leave # and someone will get back to you. So far they have not

    Does anyone have an extra firmware cable I can buy from you? I'll pay premium for it.
    I need to get my 1066 upgraded.

    Hey Rotelligence, I don't know what number you called but I just ordered one from Rotel on Friday. The phone number I called is 1 800-370-3740.The cost is 4.05 plus 10.00 UPS shipping or 3.00 US mail. Had no problem ordering. Good Luck, hope this helps.
