    rsx 1056 internal workings

    Hi all,
I was just wondering what components the RSX 1056 uses that other Rotel processors, amps, and tuners use.
Do they all share common parts?
I'm just curious to know what's inside my reciever

    thanks!

    by AGS
Hey guys I have a question for ya...! I'm running the RSX-1056 and had a party recently where one of my buddies brought a PA system...an outdoor party I should add. He had some RCA or XLR inputs on his system and of course the RSX-1056 has the RCA pre-outs which I utilized to feed into his board and...

Problems with external remote input Rotel RSX-1056
    by EdwinRotelUser
    Hello,

I have a Rotel RSX-1056 Surround Receiver. I have problems with the external remote input of the RSX-1056.

The problem is that the RSX-1056 don't react on the sent IR-signal via the external remote input. Controlling the RSX-1056 with the remote via the internal...

    by mike.g
    I have a RB976 6 channel amp

It drives my M&K k17's and K4's all of which are rated at 4 ohm.

The amp's specs are rated at 4 ohm and it is very clear the amp should and can drive 4 ohm speakers on all channels....

    RSX 1056 and 1070 or 1080 ?
    by Stev
I already have the 1056 and was decided on getting the 1070 to improve the 2ch SQ over the 1080 due to the posted problems with the 1080 - dont seem to exist with the 1070. My mains are 4 ohm nominal load. Question is given that the RSX 1056 is 100w in 2ch will the 1070's extra 30w be noticeable ? Or...

    RSX-1056 vs. Class D Amplification
    by bandit788
Question in short: Are all of you audiophiles happy with Class D amplification, compared to the older toroidal type amplification?

I have been putting off the purchase of a new receiver for nearly five years because I have always wanted a RSX-1056 to power my B&W 603's surround setup...
