RC-1090 question

I know you can turn the FL display off but is there a way to actually remove the word 'OFF' from the display when not using the record out function? The WAF does not like the word to be visible. Also, how difficult is it to program the RR-969 remote? I have briefly scanned over the manual.

I found setting rec-out to CD is the least annoying. As far as the 969, it's not too bad at all for quick programming of functions. It can get tedious re-labeled buttons and doing macros.

If it bothers the wife that much, put a black static stick tape over it, or just tell the wife not to look at the darn OFF and it won't bother her. :T :rofl:
