    RR-969 remote tip for RSP-1066 owners

    I took my RR-969 remote control with me to my local Rotel dealer to learn some fuctions of the RR-1050 into the RR-969.Specifically direct access to 2CH(stereo),PL C(Prologic II Cinema),PL M(Prologic II Music),5CH(5 channel stereo) and 7CH(7 channel stereo)modes.

    I set the remote to amp then learn and programed the functions into the keypad # buttons:
    2 for 2CH
    1 for PL C
    3 for PL M
    5 for 5CH
    7 for 7CH

    It works great now I don't have to cycle through all the DSP modes to get to where I want.

      Hello, just got and set-up Rotel RSP1066 & 1095 amp along with current 980 amp.
      I am trying to use the 1066 12v trigger to power on and off 1095.
      It does not work unless completely power off 1066 at front panel.

      hi Guys

      my much cared for Rotel rsp1066 which gets minimal use now wont switch on via the ON button on the supplied remote, I need to switch it on manually. Further when I update the OSD with Input names and switch the unit off, the names disappear. This never used to happen..
