Can't turn off RSX 1056 with my remote

    Can't turn off RSX 1056 with my remote

    In some instances when I press the off button on the remote to turn off the RSX 1056 the unit wont turn off. When I then press the reset button on the remote and press the off button again the unit turns off. Any ideas why it wont turn off in the first instance?

      Recently my RSP 1066 wouldn't recognize any remote commands. I just unplugged it and haven't had any problem since.

          Try pressing "AUD" button on your remote then press "Off". I think it works this way.
