Can't turn off RSX 1056 with my remote
In some instances when I press the off button on the remote to turn off the RSX 1056 the unit wont turn off. When I then press the reset button on the remote and press the off button again the unit turns off. Any ideas why it wont turn off in the first instance?

The remote for the 1098 is trying to control my NEC HT 1000 projector. My NEC is on standby mode until it receives a signal from the NEC remote to power on. Hello Rotel fans and friends!!. My Rotel remote stops chirping when I press a button when the battery is getting low. Truth is, I actually prefer it to not 'chirp' when I press it's buttons.
