I have just upgraded from an old rotel unit to the 1067. The amps are only running my center and rear diapold speakers. My 604 fronts are being run by two 990 bx amps. I have a rotel dvd and cd player. There is a popping noise in my center and rear speakers when I am in dolby digital or dts. All three are popping. Why is that happening? When I listen to cds thru my front speakers, there is no popping, so that tells me the problem is in the 1067 which runs the other 3. Could someone please help me with this problem?
rotel 1067?

NAD T763 (demo)
and as of last Friday
RSX-1067 (demo)
The RSX-1067 (finally) exceeds my expectations...-

by SQconstableDon't leave the store without hearing the Rotel amp you buy unless you have hooked it up to speakers and evaluated the noisefloor in a quiet environment. Folks, I have come to realize that possibly all of the new RSX-1067's (and possibly other amps too since people report same issues) coming from Rotel...-

by rotelnyc2Hey all!
I'm a first time Rotel owner, been eyeing the RSX since the introduction of the 1065. First off, I did find a good amount of info on the hiss/pop issue amongst the threads, but didn't find much info on my questions and issues specifically so I decided to start a new thread,...-
