I just bought a 1065 and hope that you could shed some light on a few things.
1. Does Rotel have a fix for the signal delay? I was hoping mine would not have this problem, but I miss the first few seconds of CD's and DVD's and there is also a 3 second delay in sound after a DVD layer change.
2. When I turn on my receiver with the remote, the red (standby) light turns off for 2 or 3 seconds and then the receiver turns on. It's almost like the receiver shuts off before it comes on... hopefully this is normal.
3. My last receiver (onkyo) was very loud at a volume of 50, but I have to turn the volume to about 60 - 63 for equal volume on Rotel. Is this by design?
Thanks for your help and thanks for putting up with my "Rotel Beginner" questions.
