    What would you do?

Alot of us buy products via the internet in order to save a couple of $$, not thinking about service after the purchase. High end service usually means higher prices. Some dealers offer lower prices but offer less support after the purchase.

Luckily for me I found out that I had the best of both worlds from my dealer - Brent Huskins. When the sh*t hit the fan, Brent was there to support, even fight for me. I can't say enough about how much his support meant. I can say that I/we are lucky to have a guy like Brent in this hobby.

    Thanks Brent,

    Kudos for Brent

I guess it's time for me to add my two cents. I just purchased a C2 from Brent. I received a quote that blew the doors off the figure I got from my local dealer that I've done business with for 20 years. I overnighted a cashier's check, and received my unit 2 days later.
    A painless transaction.
I've had no problems with my Halo, but am having a "challenge" with a 12 volt trigger that I got from him to fire up my amps. He's called Parasound to help diagnose the problem and also called the other manufacturer. I've been assured that a replacement trigger unit is on it's way. I'm sure that problem will be taken care of shortly.
I'd like to add my own personal and public

    Thanks Brent

    Jim

Yeah, Brent, did you ever come up with a company banner to slap on the Guide here?

And hi, jnwarner, welcome to the Guide and Club Parasound!

          RB1091 12v trigger replacement
          by Audio Junkie
Hi All, my first post! I'm a long time Rotel fan
I have 2 RB1091 amps which I got a deal on from my local dealer several years ago. At the time he said the 12v triggers weren't working. At the time this wasn't a problem for me. However since upgrading my system late last year I now want to...

12 volt trigger question on RSP 1570
          by bezoar
I have the RSP 1570 and RMB 1565 which are connected by the 12 volt trigger. From having scanned this forum it seems that when the processor is turned off, the red protection light on the amp should flicker and then go out while the blue power light is always on. On mine the red protection light never...

          Rotel 1570/1575 12v trigger problem
          by RichardB
          Hi,

I have recently picked up a Rotel 1570/1575, and I am having a few problems with the 12v trigger between the 1570/1575. I am unable to get the 1575 to power on while using the trigger when turning the 1570 on. I have the trigger cable connected to trigger out 1 on the 1570, and the...

Rotel RMB-1075 and Denon AVR-3808ci trigger problem
          by OakIris
I don't seem to be able to get my Denon receiver and Rotel power amp to play nice together when I attempt to use the 12V trigger to power up the amp. I have a Radio Shack 3.5 mono cable for the trigger cable. The cable goes from the Denon trigger out to the Rotel trigger in, as it should. When...
