    New website

I guess this is as good a place for it as any. Anywho I've revamped my web site to include new pictures of the new HT room with the new gear. Simply click the button below to enter the site then use the menu button in the top left to navigate. Let me know what you guys think

Looks sweet Andrew. 8) I bet your family is enjoying this. BTW, what happened to your Maggies?

      Very nice, Andrew.

I still love the built-in look for your components. I think I may copy that at my next house.

Mark the maggies were traded for the Energy's I have now. I really loved the way the maggies sounded in my old apartment with its hard walls but they sounded muffled in the new HT room and they weren't producing the SPL's that I wanted so I made the switch to the Energy's. The 2+2's sound similar to the maggies in some ways but the air of the planners is gone...though that's what was missing when I tried the maggies in the new room anyway. I guess its part of the comprimse between the perfect HT room with all the room treatments vs the ideal music room.

I really like the way the room is configured. You know you are poised for FRONT PROJECTION with this set-up, don't you ? Way to go.

I'm keeping Front Projection open for the future. The only thing to consider is the ceiling height being only 6' 9"

If the maggies don’t work then they got to go. For HT the Energies might give you more punch than the maggies. Obviously you have done your homework. The Apogee speakers that I have are great for music but I think they are not the best for HT.

With the newer DLPs being smaller brighter and generally better I think FP is very doable in your room

Well the nice thing about this room is total light control so that's not an issue to deal with.

Cool Andrew! Nice photo's and nice link logo too. Turned out very good.

Maybe you can try that cool 360 video software now. I wanna get my Sony hooked back up so I can try it myself.

                        Thanks guys!

Trev yes the HT room rumbles very nicely Having an IB sub that's mounted to the house means when it shakes the house shakes Next time you're in Winnipeg I'll try to be here and I'll give you a proper demo.
