streaming audio via cat5 network to receiver or separates

Hello All

I would like to ask if anyone knows if it is possible to play Blu ray Movie in Computer with BluRay Player, out put video to Projector, and then send Audio to Receiver or Separates via Cat5e network. I am looking at Denon 4808CI but any good one would do.
With the current set-up I have a problem with the Computer and projector being in one room while the Sound distributes from another room.
