Gee, I thought I was the last man on earth to still have a DVL 700 laserdisc player. Sorry I can't help. I rarely use mine anymore, even though I still have about 200 LDs I haven't been able to replace.- Bottom

There appears to be three of us!
And like you, I can't recall the last time using mine. It's been boxed up for sometime now. As I needed room in my rack.
Dave27,
I'm only guessing but, it sounds like the track for the laser may need lube. Or worst, a tooth maybe missing from one of the tracking wheels. Either way, it's probably simple to fix. If you could find the part."I have come here, to chew bubblegum and kickass. And I'm all out of bubblegum!!!"- Bottom

The original owner said that about 1% of the time,...-

Guys I don't much about DVD recording so I need some good advise.
I have about 30-35 laserdisc that I would like to record to DVD. This is strictly to allow me to take my LD player out of my HT system and to have one median to play movies and music.

by Kevin_McCI don't know why, but I have this nagging desire to add a laserdisc player to my system.
I keep seeing players and discs at various places and have been wondering whether it would be worth it to add one to my system.
Any recommendations? :?-
