Two episodes in. Loving it so far. NOT an action oriented series. Gives an account of Henry VIII's wife troubles from the POV of Thomas Cromwell. Not recommended for those who think Game of Thrones is too slowly paced and lacks violence. :W:rofl:

I watched part of the second episode last night.
I will definitely be setting my DVR to capture the rest of the series.
Never saw any of the GOT shows.
I am more of a Richard II, Richard III, Henry IV, V, VI & VIII kind of guy. : )- Bottom

For over twenty years I make the effort watch A Man for All Seasons once a year to stay grounded to my personal values.
One of my favorite quotes from all time is from this movie:
Margaret More: Father, that man's bad.
Sir Thomas More: There's no law against that.
William Roper: There is: God's law.
Sir Thomas More: Then God can arrest him.- Bottom

by BobThis last year I have been picking up any albums that I find that have performances recorded at Carnegie Hall. Some have been on audiophile's best recording lists for years (Weavers Reunion, Belafonte Returns, etc.). There are recordings as diverse as Peter Paul and Mary to Lenny Bruce.
