    Pearl Harbor

    Went to see this today, I myself am firmly in the "thumbs up" group on this one.
    I was excited when I should've been, happy when I should have, and sad when I should have been.
    Afleck has never done much for me, but he is very good in this one.
    The love story works well, and once the shooting starts, the action is pure Bay/ Bruckhiemer.
    I think this is a well told story, I enjoyed every minute of it.
    The DVD should be awesome!!!!

      I'm not an Afleck fan either, but I am looking forward to watching this when it comes out on DVD. This will probably be a late fall or Christmas release, I'd guess.

              Some of our group went to see it at the theater while on Vacation. I was not in the group. Elected to stay around with my daughter that didn't want to go.

              Anyway, my Dad, Sister, Neice, and her husband all enjoyed it. Good cross section there.
