Replace NAD T752 with Rotel RSP-1066?

Hello everyone. I have the opportunity to pick up a Rotel RSP-1066 for a decent price and wonder if it would be worth my while to do so? I currently have a NAD T752 hooked up to two older Rotel RMB956ax amps and powered Def Tech speakers. While I am happy with the sound I now have, I have always lusted after having a Rotel setup. I won't have the opportunity to listen to the 1066 beforehand so I would be buying on blind faith, hence my seeking all of your expert opinions and vast experience. I should note that the RSP-1066 is used and no, I don't have the budget or wife approval to go out and buy the latest and greatest from Rotel. Will the 1066 enhance my system? Does it offer wideband component video switching? etc. etc. etc. All opinions are welcome.

    Thanks,
    Markus

Hey all. I just received my NAD T752 and have it hooked up. The unit itself is in mint condition as my seller told me. Initially i thought that it was not a very nice looking receiver as it is quite plain but it is growing on me now.
I tried hooking it up with my Rotel RB 1070 powering my...

I have narrowed my choice of a new A/V receivers to 2: the NAD T762 (not yet available) and the Rotel RSX-1055.
I am most concerned with stereo sound quality, both brands have their loyal fans, and detractors. Both units can be had for about $1100, and both list for $1399. I want the upgradability...

Rotel 10xx Equipment Cold Sounding/no Mids?
        by ti33er
Hi, I have a question for all you Rotel 10xx owners?

        Case History:

        * 7 months ago owned the NAD L56/L76 combo - paired with Mordaunt-short 900 series speakers (www.mordaunt-short.co.uk) - these actually sounded lovely, and “almost” wish I could go back now – I moved...
