Rotel has a FAQ available here that may answer some of your questions. We've added several points of our own as well below.

I have a RB976 6 channel amp

It drives my M&K k17's and K4's all of which are rated at 4 ohm.
The amp's specs are rated at 4 ohm and it is very clear the amp should and can drive 4 ohm speakers on all channels.... -

Don't know if it's been discused before, but we might get less repeat questions if the FAQ sitckied correctly. It only displays for me we I view messages for the past year (or any of the really long times).

Guys there's a lot of new members coming to our little hole in the wall as the word spreads about how great Club Rotel has become (thanks everyone!) As such we're starting to see a lot of the same sort of questions that have been already answered so I think its about time we consider building an FAQ...
