rmb 1066+denon 1802

I would like to upgrade to a notch higher from what I have now . Currently I am using a Denon 1802 and I have my eyes on an RMB 1066. I know other models higher up the rank are quite impressive but at the moment this is just what I could barely afford. Herein the Philippines it costs 30,000 pesos or roughly 600 US$.

I am planning to use the front and center pre outs of the 1802 as I can not afford another Rotel pre/pro as of yet. Would it ma alot of difference considering the wattage of the Rotel is lower than the Denon? I am using Wharfedale Diamonds for all my speaks, BTW.

I think the difference would be a cleaner sound (more detailed). The rbm 1066 can be bridged to produce a higher output. In my opinion it's a good option.

I finally got to buying the rotel amp but not the 1066. Somebody beat me to it. I got the RB 976. Problem is it needs an hour of warming up before it gives a good sound. Dead cold the sound is thin and lousy. Is this right?
