Hello all, this is kind of a follow-up to my last post ( I should've included this second question in the original post). I know that the Rotel RMB-1095 takes Balanced interconnects, however, the RSP-1066 only has the RCA for outbound. Are you all just using RCA on both ends, or RCA to Balanced? I am little confused here, advice please..
Balanced or RCA???

What Andrew said is pretty much true. You cannot have balanaced connection unless it's at both ends. You cannot have true balanaced unless it's balanced at both ends. All you can have is XLR connector to RCA or vice versa.
I just built some RCA to XLRs for a customer, but I doubt he'll realize any real performance gains.

by milpaiI have been using the A21 power amp with my romitheus Reference C-Core TVC. Though the TVC has a Balanced IN/OUT, I have been using the RCA to A21. I do not have a Balanced source to TVC.
My question is, with this setup, will it make sense to connect the TVC to A21 with Balanced cable? Some of...-

by comeupI have a Monster power amp hooked up with a B&K ref 50 using balanced connections. The sound is good ,but sounded better with RCA Audioquest Cobra cables. I thought for sure that the balanced cables would be better, they are made by Bluejean cables. I don't know if I want to try another company...-

by toledoguyI've got a question, and I think I know the answer, but what the heck. I have decided to spend some money to move from big box store mediocre equipment to higher end seperates. It's a slow process as I research everything that I possibly can before I buy. I have a Rotel RM-1050 to power the front...-
