I have a Rotel RSX-1560 that won't power on. I plug it in and turn on the master switch in back (and smile to myself as the light in the room flicker) and the unit appears to come on in standby mode (power light surrounding the soft button on the front is lit). But when I hit the power button on front - nothing. Has anyone seen this before? All the fuses appear intact. Power button appears functional. Ideas?

I have a low usage 1090. Normally in the standby mode the power button is out and all lights are out. When you push the button in to power up, 3 lights go on and in a few seconds two go out leaving the 3rd light on to show the power is on. Well yesterday that 3rd power on light stayed on regardless... -
Is there anyway to Dim the blue ring light around the front power button.
