1068 No Sound

Hello everyone. New to the post.
I have a 1068/1075 set up.
The problem is that it has NO SOUND.
Everything seems to be working fine, it swiches from source to source and you can hear the relays clicking, but there is simply no sound output on ANY of the inputs,
I checked the setup of all inputs and they are correct (optical, coax, analog).
One thing that I did notice is that the A in a box is illuminated and there is no OPT or COAX in a box illuminated on the screen.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Run some analog cables into the multi-inputs and see if you have sound there. Your main digital board may have gone out.

did you physically push the on/off button to do a reset?

Thanks everyone. Looks like I am in trouble. After spending some time with Customer service at Rotel, did a factory reset and no matter what I configured the inputs as (coax, optical, analog), the system status showed analog. No sound even analog in bypass mode.
I ended up sending it back.
Will update on what gets fixed/source of problem
