    1055/1066 owners, whats your favorite feature?

    I own a 1055 and my favorite feature is the sub/center/surround level adjustment.

    How many times have you bumped up you sub or center channel volume and forgot to turn it back? With the Rotel it goes back automatically when you change sources or modes.

    All processers should offer this feature.

      I agree that's a useful feature, though I wish it were implemented a bit differently. I would rather the level change stay in effect until I change input sources or turn the pre/pro off. Right now, the changes will be reset if it for some reason re-acquires the signal, ie if you stop and resume DVD/CD playback, or skip chapters/tracks.

      I like the per-mode sub adjustments too.

          I agree it would work even better if it worked like that, maybe Andrew can ask Rotel.

              I recently bought a Rotel RB-1070 amp hoping to use it to drive my front speakers and use the redirect feature in the receiver to use it to drive the center back speakers.

              Unfortunately I have not been able to get this to work.

              I just upgraded the firmware from 1.37...
