Just found a new brochure for the series 15 and some other info on Rotel that I haven't seen before on Rotel's web site. (Or probably is there, but didn't see it).

Just click on "Library" in the upper menu.
The info is very similar to the other brochure posted previously here, but the layout is a little bit different and some mistakes have been fixed. There is only one close-up picture of a black unit, and it looks awesome, I think I'll go black with these units. But I went to my dealer today and still no news on the stereo preamps.
