    RSP -1068 Multi Channel Analog

I am curious if there is a way to connect more than 1 device to the RSP-1068 that requires the Multi channel analog input? I currently have a Denon DVD-5910ci connected and want to a add a Blu-Ray player which has all of the the surround decorders built in.

you will have to buy an extern switcher and a hell of a lot of cables.

Don't skimp on the switcher but you can get high quality audio cables for not much of your paycheck at http://www.monoprice.com

        RDC-7 multi-channel analog bypass
        by Audioclyde
Hi, I'm considering replacing my Meridian 568 with a pre/pro to get multi-channel analog bypass. There seems to be many things I like about the RDC-7 (can't audition, no dealers close); I keep questioning the quality of the MC analog bypass, however, because of the 25 pin input (in contrast to RCA jacks)....

        RSX-1056: 7.1 analog input for Blu-Ray
        by fvoelling
        Hi,

I've been running a 1056 with a 7.1 speaker setup for a couple of years now, and started watching Blu-Ray movies from a PS3 80GB model last year. The PS3 is connected to the 1056 with digital coax and component.

Since my current setup is limited to 5.1 and 6.1, both...

        Multi Input question: RSX-1056
        by MustangJeff
Hopefully this is an easy/simple question to answer.

I'm using a Rotel RSX-1056 for a 7.1 HT setup. My front speakers are connected to a rotel RB-980BX via front pre outs. Since this receiver lacks HDMI, I purchased a Pioneer BDP-05FD blu ray player for it's analog 7.1 outputs and quality...

CD audio - Analog or Digital
        by spiffnme
Here's a question for you all.

        I use my DVD player (Pioneer 656A) for DVD's, CD's, and DVD-A's.

When I'm watching a DVD, I of course need to use the optical out.
When I'm listening to DVD-A's, I need to use the multi-channel analog outs.

        My question...

Using the Multi-Channel Analog Input on the RSP-1066
        by aramb
How do I connect two separate devices to the RSP-1066 (such as separate DVD-A and SACD machines) when there is only one Multi-Input on the back of the 1066?
