advice for new rookie with Rotel and B & W
Hi all,
Am a new comer to this site and to the world of rotel... I have built up a system over the past couple of months around my new B & W 805s speakers.
As I can't afford the new stuff I decided to get used gear.
At the moment I have:
michi RHB05 amp
RC1090
RCD971
However, I now find myself with a second michi RHB05 amp. I would like to do a vertical bi-amp with my 805s. Can I expect a significant difference with this set up? Any advice before I go ahead and connect it all up?
Also, aside from that I've noticed that I can't switch off the digital display on my RC1090. It only works on phono and tuner selection. Anybody else had this problem.
Finallly, can't find much info about the RHB-05, even Rotel couldn't tell me much. Just wondering if there is anything out there as they are really are excellent amps.
