    Your feelings about the RC990BX

    My local hifi dealer suggests I consider a preamp upgrade or audition the Musical Fidelity A5 integrated. I want to hear more detail musically. All my gear is mid 90's stuff, but I believe very good entry level equipment. Will appreciate suggestions for "next steps." I also am unsure how my current system "stacks up." Thanks!!!!!

      Can anyone recommend a good match for a phono stage?

      I know Rotel have done phono stages in the past, any good?

      I can also at the moment buy second hand a RC990BX & RB990BX combo...
