JUST KIDING GUYS !!!!!, lol im happy to announce that i just recieved my rotel rcd-1072, what an improvement in sound and dept not to mention clarity, im listening to the paco de lucia san francisco in hdcd, and what detail this player gives..., soundstage is much more defined, i feel more as in the guitar is real or alive as we may save, not to mention mechanisim is fast and smooth, the quietness of this player is spectacular, next step some cat interconnects and speaker cables!

To most of us with the 1072, it does improve a bit over the first 200 hours or so. Of course, you may get a reply from those that believe this is impossible. Let us know what you find.Comment

My mate's just bought a Linn 5103/5125. It blew my 1068/1075 away for clarity and even bass. Slightly gutted as I thought I'd found a good amp in Rotel. No fan noise and doesn't seem to get hot either. Dare I say it a remarkable piece of electrical engineerig.
