    1067 Front Panel Question

Hi all! Newbie here. Just got a new 1067 all set up and running. First Rotel, and so far so good.

One question - on the front panel, on the 2nd line after the processing mode, it indictes "48K". Anyone know what this means?

    Thanks

That's the bitrate of the incoming digital signal. You should see 48 on cable/DSS and most DVD's, 44.1 on CD's.

      Hello All,

I haven't been very happy with the sound from my setup, so as a last ditch effort (because I just didn't want to believe the problem is my 1067), I tried connecting a 500 Euro Yamaha receiver and, rather unfortnately, it sounded considerably better than my considerably more...

I am, reluctantly, going to have to sell my Rotel RSP-1066/RMB-1075 combo and need to downsize, all due to space considerations in a new house. I like the Rotel sound and it works well with my speakers, NHTs. I am looking hard at the RSX-1067 receiver, as space-wise it will fit in the space available...

When playing the source from my dvd player I get 48k on the front panel and with any sound mode selected. It is connected via coax.

      What does 48k mean?

      1067 Tuner memory RBDS bug
      by Bostonears
When I went to program my favorite radio stations into the tuner of my 1067, I discovered a problem (and a workaround) if a station is broadcasting with RBDS (station info).

Normally, if I tune a station (non-RBDS), when I push the Memory button on the front panel, I can enter a number...
