Wich CD-R Media for RDV-1060

Hi guys,

my RDV-1060 does not play selfburned CD-R correctly (the CD-R's are OK , playing on all other player). Original CD's, DVD's and DVD+R work fine. Only CD-R seem to have problems. Do i need a special brand of media?

i dont have a 1060 but it is better to look at the mediacode and not the brand itself

My 1060 plays CD-R's okay but I find it's best to burn them at a slower speed (say 4x maximum) or the drive is constantly spinning up trying to read them.

I've never had a problem with my 1060 reading CD-Rs. You might wanna change media. I've always used Verbatim or TDK.

My RDV-1060 plays any CDR media I throw at it. Do you burn the audio discs as "disc at once" mode? That is critical for audio discs. Personally I prefer TDK media, but the 1060 plays it all.
