    RSP 1098 "Contour"

    Anybody know what freq. the contour controls are set at? Also what Qwidth?

    Can there be a software mod to change the functions of these controls?

      No idea on the frequencies or Q, but don't expect an option to change it. The replacement for the 1098 will probably have some form of EQ though.

          According to the manual the adjustment is +-6dB @ 50Hz for the LF & 15KHz for the HF.

                  Not sure if we have the same manual then. I actually checked the downloaded one I have from the Rotel website. It is on page 39 of 40 under the specifiactions (audio) section.

                      I just checked the user manual on the US site (I normally visit the global site) and it seems to be the same.
