    1068 CD output bug?

    Hi Guys;

before I go calling Rotel thought I'd see if anyone had seen this previously.

I have a 1072 connected analog to my 1068 and playing in 2CH Stereo. I somehow have lost my Sub in this configuration. I previously lost my 2 Rears in Multi Mode, but fixed it with a firmware upgrade. Starting to wonder if I should be sending this thing off for service.

Has anyone seen this before and have a quick fix for me?

    any input much appreciated

Have you made certain you haven't selected "bypass", as that would do it.

Have you checked your speaker settings i.e. large/small, and bass management settings?

Rotel RSP-1068 Settings and Configuration Loss When Disconnected From AC
        by weasel
Hi. Don't come here often, but I know where the expertise is. I'm in the process of moving and obviously had to disconnect my system. My question is this: Does the RSP-1068 lose it's settings and configurations when removed from AC power for a period of time? I don't know how long it'll be before I'm...

        1068 vid output lost color
        by pt911
Hi all, I recently got my first set of Rotel gear (1068/1095) and love it, except for one issue I'm hoping someone can help with. I have my Dtv Sat box connected to the 1068 via s-vid, then run component from the Rotel to an older Mitsubish 55in rear projection. At first, everything was fine, but after...

        Delay settings on RSP-1068
        by pyroponic
If I have my CD player playing through the external multi-input on my RSP-1068, are the delay settings taken from the preamp or the CD player?

        RSP-1068 crossover
        by chas
Does the RSP-1068 have separate crossover settings for different speaker groups (front, center, surrounds) ? I know most of the HK receivers and the new Outlaw 990 have this feature but I can't locate this info on the Rotel.

        Power loss problem with 1068
        by Pez
I live in a condo and every now and then I get wierd power outages. Specifially, half of my apartment will lose power but the other half is fine (the circuit breakers are not tripped). Very odd indeed but I chalk it up to shaddy construction. Today, it happened again for only a second but this...
