    Power for Europe???

    Hello All,

Been reading all the great posts about power products for Aus & the US -

Can anyone suggest similar products that provide European power outlets?

    Thanks,
    Lars

I am using an APC UPS in France. The filtered power outlet is an inverted "PC type" and it comes with a couple of cables. See images. I had to cut 1 of the cables, and connect it to a standard multi power outlet, to enable me to connect 5 different components (TV, CD/DVD, pre, amp, satellite receiver). The whole arrangement costs approx EUR100, and if there is a power glitch the battery takes over for a few minutes at least. And the built-in filter did make a noticeable improvement in sound.

        Switched power outlet on RDC-7?
        by danyu
Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm planning to purchase an RDC-7, and was wondering if it has a switched power outlet to connect the remote AC control cord from my Monster HTS-5000. This way I could have my whole system turn on using the RDC-7 remote, rather than having to manually switch on the Monster...

The Benefits of Adding a Dedicated Outlet

I think I got this right but all you Electrical engineers and electronic officianados - feel free to comment or correct me where I've got it wrong.

If Total Power Consumption (Watts) = Volts x Amperes, then Amperes = Watts/Volts. Peak maximum output for a 5 channel 300w Amplifier would...

Hi there everyone! I recently had my stuff moved out of storage from another province to the province I moved to three years ago, it's so nice to have my stereo back. I've got a quick question about my power conditioner. At my old place the power coming in was pretty stable at 120V, every once in a...

Help! My CAP-2100 won't power up
        by Alpha231
I don't know how or why but my CAP-2100 won't power up . I have checked the single external fuse located near the power outlet and the two found internally found under the cover. The CAP-2100 is receiving power as the little red LED indicating 120v power is lit up. Any advice... I really don't...
