    SQ of 1055 vs 1056?

    As per my previous thread I am looking into getting a 1055 or 1056 and would like to be sure of what I am missing vs what I am paying extra?

    As a recent poster indicated that the 1056 sounds better, as well as a few other poster in this and other boards. And a larger number of poster indicated that they could not hear the difference.

    4# I would like to know if there is a concensus, or even better a side by side benchtest?

    5# For those who beleive there is a improvement, could you indicate what do you think is the main technical reason?

          I am interested in the new rsx 1056. Now does my dealer say that probably the 1055 is off a better quality because both receivers have the same price and the 1056 has more features he thinks the quality off te 1056 will be lower than the 1055. My question is are there more changes...

          My aim is outright sound quality 2ch and mulitchannel improvement.

          I can get a 1055 for $1500AUD and a 1056 for $2250
