stock power cord size?

hi, sorry if this is a stupid post, but i was wondering if anyone knew what the size of the detachable stock power cords that come with the smaller 2 channel amps are typically? are they only 18G? 16G? i'm wondering if i were to upgrade, what size would be larger?

if i were to start replacing stock cords, should i start with the amp, then the preamp?

any help would be appreciated.

I would replace my Amp first if I were upgrading it. All of your sources uses your Amp and Amp draws the most current.

igk, the size of all power cords are imprinted or written on the cords. Look closely with a good light and it will be there.

IMO power cords are those fluff items when you gotta spend some money and you've already topped out on your speaker wire and interconnects. I have two after market cords. Both run to subwoofers. Yes, there was a small tightning of the bass. Go with at lease a 12 guage. There's a good chance your amp has a 14 g., 16 g tops.

Purchase one good power cord and compare the impact on different components. If you like what you hear buy another. I have several friend who make their own. If your into that, it's worth a try.

Mysql searches compares the string to this white area known as "text field" If you look at mysql data in a backup or something, you will notice that signatures are not inserted in the text field after every post. PHP parses them by each persons username. So... after the search is performed, if it compares and finds a string, php parses the output which is the text field, the user who posted, lots of other things but signatures or any other custom field such as profile fields...location, posts.. These are all parsed by the username in each post.

Mini profiles, Signatures's are not inserted in mysql "body" - "text" where users seach queries are comapred against. -to state it better.

Invision board, phpBB, VBull, none of these do and cant recall them ever since they have all been php/mysql based since version 1.. at least as far back as I can remember back when I use to code free mod's for phpbb and ivb. The dynamic ability of php has changed big time. More dynamic indeed.
