I was wondering if anyone knew the price I would be expected to pay for a Demo RMB-1095. A local dealer has one and said they would let it go for $1700+tx. Is this a good price?

I'd say that you've found a very good deal, considering the MSRP of a new one is $3k(and not likely to get a large disount, if you get any at all). How long has it been a demo model? Does it come with a full warranty? -

I've just assembled a system, consisting of using a denon 3805, running preouts to an rb1090 and a rmb1095 ( unbalanced).
I am only getting weak sound out of the main right and left front but nothing out of the other five speakers which are connected to the Rmb1095.

A friend is looking for the RMB1095. He found one from a guy closer to where I leave and he asked me to go check it out. I had the same amp before and I know there were 2 versions. Most obvious difference being the binding posts, 12v trigger and that MKII was available in black or silver and black.... -
I have ordered my 802DI speakers from my dealer but found out yesterday unfortunately that they are on back order and should be here in Vancouver hopefully about 1 month. Before I ordered my new 802DI speakers my dealer had suggested that I could buy his demo units at a discounted price.
