Wow, thanks for sharing! Its like a baby CM9. I really would like to know what made them add to the line up? Seems like the CM7 and CM9 were good choices for this series.

I think it must be the big gap price wise.. If I recall correctly here in Canada the MSRP on the CM7 is $2000+ and the CM9 is like $3600. I could see a pricepoint of $2600 - $2800 CAD being a good fit for these..

I don't understand the $2200 price either. Considering the CM7 is $2000, it would make more sense if the CM8 was $2500 since it would be between the price of the CM7 and the $3000 CM9.
