Does anyone know how the midrange driver can be removed from a B&W 703?

As above please - was contemplating fitting a new driver as a matter of course to 'service' the speaker, but haven't got a clue how to remove it?! I've done the bass ones, they're easy - has anyone changed a midrange driver before?

    Thanks

You have to loosen and remove the silver "screw" in the back of the speaker. That is how it's held in. When you put it back in, you have to be careful not to over tighten it or the driver won't play.

Just wondering whats the best way to run it in so to speak?...

A friend just dropped by and thought that the gadget behind the midrange driver should be removed. I have attached a picture of the back of my midrange unit. Can anybody tell me if it looks right or should something be removed. TIA....
