    I hear a hissing noise from tweeters constantly on while playing music from mac pro

    I was wondering if I were to use a dac or a different means to connect my mac pro to my rotel amp.. will it get rid of that constant hiss noise?

      A DAC is the way to go. That hissing noise is a sign of an inferiour quality on-board DAC of the soundcard you are using...
