Does anyone have access to the MSRP list (in US Dollars) for the current line of B&Ws? I am particularly interested in the 700 and 800 series.

You can get pricing from the B&W USA website. Go to each model you are interested in and add it to the comparison chart. When you select "view comparison chart," the prices will be shown.
