Warranty

Hi guys,
reading threads here made me purchase my first B&W
and for my budget, I took the DM602 S3, and wow i love the sound.
I just wanna raise this question why here in Bahrain ( im an expat ),
the warranty for this beautiful speakers is only six months? :cry:

I'm sure it varies among different countries
If they can sell it with 6month warranty they will
maybe pple here are more senstive on that kinda matter than over there?

for example, here in the states, hyundai had to put 10yr warranty plans to sell their craps, while toyota puts only 3 (?) years..and which one sells better here? and which one has better overall quality?
as far as I know that same darn hyundai gives only 2 yrs of warranty to their domestic market why? cuz they can still sell it..

I bet it's all marketing crap..
and an authentic b&w should last well over 10+ yrs

i was just surprise to see in the original warranty
card that comes with the speakers, said its 5 years.

im breaking in my speakers now.... :T
