What makes monoblocks so much more sought after than a non monoblock amplifier? Even when a non monoblock amp outpowers a monoblock amp from the same manufacture, what makes the monoblock a "better" amp?

thats right usually yielding better better separation, imaging and detial. that said some very nice steeo power amps s well. keep in mind too there are many that are actually fully dual mono under the skin anyways so for all intensive purposes like having mono-blocs.Originally posted by aud19The same things that make a seperate mulitichannel amp better than a reciever.
