Monster Cable's lawsuits

Just a few months ago I became aware of Monster's nasty habit of taking businesses with the word "monster" in them to court. This has included even small mom and dad shops which sell items that are completely unlike those sold by MC.

As I was searching ebay for items for my home theatre I can across this . I am in now way affiliated with the item. In fact there is no item, and there is nothing for sale, so I felt safe in posting the link.

I thought it was quite funny. The questions to the seller are great too.
