    For Denon: AVR-3805 wish list

    Hello,

    I don't know if Denon people ever read this list, but maybe more AVR-3805 owners can support this wish of mine and we coul forward it to Denon?

    As I have stated in a previous post, I do really enjoy the Auto Calibration of the 3805. However, I change listening position from time to time, and would like to be able to switch between different Speaker Calibration settings.

    The 3805 allows you to store a Auto Calibration setting, but there is just ONE memory (as far as I can tell). I would wish they could provide an upgrade that allowed 2 or more Auto Cal. settings to be stored, and a feature to enable swapping between these settings whenever you change listening position.

    PLEASE Denon, I'll even pay for it :-)

              On my wish list would be a better manual with indepth detail and clear concise writing. Even a good FAQ web page would be helpful. ARE YOU LISTENING DENON, YAMAHA, PIONEER et.al! :M

                  What has been your experience with the auto setup of the Denon AVR3805?
                  I did mine on the weekend and oops ! It did the FL/FR/C distances correctly (12.5 ft for FL/FR and 14.5 ft for center) put the sub 21 feet away (shud be 15ft) and the SL/SR 10 feet away (shud be 6 ft) from the listening position....
