    TICE Audio Power Conditioners ?!?!?

    Anyone have any experience with them? I have a chance to pick up a used TICE Audio Elite 4 for $350 USD in very good condition. Similar from Monster in used condition from what I've seen is hundreds more.

    TICE Audio no longer exists. So I'd be on my own with the unit. Then again with used gear, you're pretty much on your own anyways.

    Any thoughts????? I'm looking for something to protect my 3 Rotel 991 amps (200x2) mainly. AND, we're possibly moving within the next year or so ............. so I don't want to invest in anything I can't take with me.

      That really sounds like a lot of money for a used one from a company out of business. I knew Tice was for sale some time ago, but I hadn't heard they closed.

      I think were it me, I'd rather pay a little more and get something with warranty and servicability.

          In a few months I will be buying a preamp and have been considering the Ayre K-1xe. The only conflict I have is possibly buying a preamp that is also a room conditioner like the TacT preamp.

          I don't have the greatest space and feel I could benefit from a preamp that can measure the room...

          My dealer was kind enough (I think) to lend me some Transparent power connectors...when I connected them in place of my OEM cables, I think...
