DVD Player - New Purchase Suggestions

I am looking at purchasing a new DVD Player to add to the following configuration and would like any suggestions on suitable matches to my existing confiq. I have in mind the Rotel RDV-1080 or RDV-1060 but am open to all suggestions. I would be using the DVD player as a stand alone device as i am very happy with the performance of the Rega Plannet as a CD Player.
Amp's : Rotel RMB1075 & RSP1068
Main Speakers : Tannoy D700
Centre Speakers : Tannoy D750
Sub : Rel Storm
Rears : AR's
CD Player : Rega Planet
Monitor : NEC HD Plasma

Dont know if is avail. in the US yet (Europe launch date have been delayed som many times, but currently it is set for late Nov.) but the new Philips DVP-900SA is something you should investigate.
Offers DVI, upconversion, SACD playback and many other nice things and for a very modest price. It should also be very good for audio with 192Khz upsampling.
Price in Europe is set at app. USD700
